At Fiddle Me Plants, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully package all plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns on Damaged Plants

  • We do not accept returns on plants that are damaged during shipping.
  • Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the courier service, and we cannot be held liable for any damages, delays, or lost packages caused by the courier.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect orders caused by courier issues.

Order Issues and Assistance

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Email us at orders@fiddleme.co.za with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • If an incorrect item was delivered due to an internal error on our side, we are happy to replace it or offer a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Plants, soil, and other perishable items are non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
