Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Gift Vouchers / Store Credit (if issued by Fiddle Me Plants)

We do not accept cash, cheques, or direct bank deposits unless otherwise arranged.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at checkout before your order can be confirmed and processed.
• Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.
• If payment fails or is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled.

 

Security

All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners using industry-standard encryption to ensure your personal and payment information remains protected.
Fiddle Me Plants does not store or have direct access to your credit or debit card details.

 

Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional pricing or discounts are valid only during the specified period and while stocks last.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at orders@fiddleme.co.za
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details on how refunds are handled for shipped orders.
